New Generation Multi-Purpose
Encapsulation Systems
Description
Packaging
Applications

Ciba  introduces the New Generation Multi-Purpose Encapsulation Systems. These systems are designed with convenient reaction ratios to improve compatability with all dispensing systems. They also have low viscosity and moderate cure cycles, to maximize performance with minimal processing.

Most of these new products have UL 94 V-O- approval

These cost-effective systems provide inexpensive solutions for encapsulation needs.. Improved processability results in less customer capital outlay for dispensing and curing equipment.

    CONVENIENT PACKAGING

These new products are provided in air-tight, sealed, plastic screw-top containers and bags to ensure the customer receives high-quality, uncontaminated, material. This innovative new packaging also minimizes operator exposure with-low mess, easy-to-reseal containers.

THE APPLICATIONS (Click on the application for the solution)
Switches-Electromechanical devices used to make and break, or select, an electrical circuit by manual or mechanical operation.
Modules - Central units taking up and processing electrical signals from sensors. Signals may be transformed into appropriate physical quantities by steering switches and values.
Sensors- Devices that transform physical quantities such as pressure, temperature, airflow, and velocity into electrical signals.
    Filters-Wave-shaping circuits
Capacitors-Conductors separated by dielectric for introducing capacitance into an electric circuit or system or for providing for the storage of electric charges.
Transformers- Step up or step down voltage
Resistors - Devices with the primary purpose of introducing resistance into an electric circuit or system. The ideal resistor dissipates electric energy without storing electric or magnetic energy.
Voltage Regulators- Circuits designed to keep voltage within a specified range.
Pressure Sensitive Devices- Almost always mechanical, these are elastic members which deflect when the pressure on one side of their wall is not balanced by the pressure on the opposite side.
Potentiometers- Measurement circuits used to evaluate level of current.

The Ciba Araldite Epoxies and the Ciba Arathane Polyurethanes Encapsulants offer High Performance for any of these applications.
